Method of preparation

  4. Pour this mixture into a greased and floured mold (20 cm in diameter) with a central hole.
  5. Bake in a bain-marie, preheated oven at 250 degrees for about 60 minutes.
  6. Tip: put only 2 fingers of water in the pan where you will place the baking tin in a bain-marie so that the cake does not turn into pudding.
  7. Remove from the oven, let it cool and unmold on a platter.
